This records a gift of 90 sheep for a lamp in the temple of Mahādēvs Tiruppalanam in Vira-kurram by Pandan Kaṇṭābaraṇan alias Vāņa. Purakkiliyur-nādu.

This records a gift of 25 kal̤añju of gold, for burning a perpetual lamp in the temple at Tiruppalaṇam a dēvadānr in Mi ai-kurram, by Namban Kandan a servant of Marudam-Baṭṭan alias Sōlavēļār the headman of Karugāvūr in Avūr-kūrram. The gift was left in charge of three persons against the security of their land in the village.

This records a similar gift of 20 kalañj for a perpetua' lamp and a silver basin for offering water to the god during worship, by Nakkan Gaṇavadiyal kan son of Devaṇār of Tiruchchōrrutturai of Ki ār-kūrram.

This records a gift of 90 sheep for a perpetual lamp in the same temple, left with two shepherds of the village, by a certain Miran Malaipe....the headman of Puiyur in Arumpuliyur of Aruvala-nāḍu.

This records the gift of a land as endowment for the daily offerings during the evening service in the temple of Tiruchchelur-Mahādēva, and for providing for the daily supply of 4 pots of water from the river Kuraļai (Kuḍamurutți) for the sacred bath of the God, by Tiruvaḍiga! Aiyanaḍi of Siṛuvēlür in Пlaiyur-nāḍu on the southern bank of the river. This land is said to have been got in exchange for a flower-garden adjacent to another which had been previously presented by the donor (See No. 139 above).

This records a tax-free sale of a land situated along the river at Kuriyākkuḍi- man alam by the sabha of Viḍēlviḍugu-chaturvēdimangalam a brahmadiya in Nallarrur-nāḍu to the revenue authorities of the state (puravuvari-tiņaikkaļattār) for 3b0 kāśu (for being assigned to the temple). Mention is made, while giving the boundaries of the land, of a previous sale of another position of the land to one Virasekhara-Mūvēndavēļār.

This is built in at the ends of lines. It records a similar sale of 3 mā of land at Kīl̤-Kumāramaṅgalan by the same assembly, probably to a different person (name lost) for maintaining a flower-garden out of the yield of another coconut garden, and for burning a perpetual lamp in the temple for each of the mā of land.

This is very probably an inscription of Rājēndra-Chōḷa I. It is damaged in places. It records an endowment of 5 pieces of land at Pēraṅgālakkuḍi after purchase (from the temple) and reclamation for feeding 4 Brāhmaṇas in the temple of Tiruppal̤anam in Mir̤ai-kūr̤r̤am, (after the daily midday offerings), by Kar̤r̤aḷi-Baṭṭālakan̤ a member of the regiment Arumol̤idēva-teriñja Kaikkōḷar.

This records a gift of 30 kal̤añju of gold for burning a perpetual lamp in the temple under the name Kumaramattaṇḍan, by Alivin- Kallarasi alias Sembiyan Buvani- gangaralyan. The donor has been taken as the younger brother of the Western Ganga chief Gangamärttäṇḍan alias Sembiyan Prithivigangaraiyan and son of Rājāditya Mahādēva (M.E.R. for 1931, Part II, para 8). This is an inscription of Parāntaka I.

This is engraved in continuation of the above inscription. It records a gift of 90 sheep for a perpetual lamp in the same temple by a certain . . . . Rudraśingan̤, who left them in charge of a local shepherd for the daily supply of an ulakku of ghee.

This records a gift of 2 ma and a kani of land in Vänavaamadevi-chaturvedi- maigalum in Innambar-nalu on the northern bank of the river, for burning 1 perpetual lamps in the temple of Aditta-lavaram-Udaiyar at Tiruppurambiyam a divadana separated from Andittu-kügram, by Setti Peruman of Magarkuḍi in Maparkuḍi-nadu also on the northern bank. This Manarkali is probably the same as Manikkudi in the Kumbhakonam taluk. Vanavan-Madevi was a queen of Uttama Chola.

This registers a gift of 20 kal̤añju of gold made by (the chief) Tennavan̤ Mal̤anāṭṭuvēḷān̤ alias Kor̤r̤an̤ Mār̤an̤, for burning a perpetual lamp in the temple with an ul̤akku of ghee daily, and 20 cows (for ghee) for performing the sacred bath of the god on the day of saṅkrānti in each month. The donor seems to be the same as Śembiyan̤ Maul̤anāṭṭuvēḷān̤ mentioned in an inscription attributable to Āditya I (S.I.I. Vol. XIII, No.313). This may be assigned to Parāntaka I.

This records a gift of 96 sheep for burning a perpetual lamp in the temple of Tiruttanttonri-Bhattara at Tirumalalai in Vennadu by (a chief?) Muttan Eduīniyar on behalf of his wife (deviyar) Achchan Kaliyugat-taniyugat-tayar Viranaraniyar. The sabha of the place agreed to maintain the gift. This is probably a record of Uttama-Chōla.

கல்லி மசக்கி குடுத்த நீர்னிலம் இரண்டு பூ விளையக் குடுத்த நிலம் நான்குமாவுங் கொண்டு இதனில் இரண்டு பூவும் விளைந்த போகங் கொண்டு

இந்நிலம் அரையெ இரண்டு மாவில் பழம்படி நிலம் காலெ இரண்டுமா

This has been left incomplete. It records an endowment of 143 and odd and 145 and odd kafanju of gold made respectively by Araran Ambalattaḍigaļār and Ugat. tayan Sörabbaiyār two of the queens of Uttama-Chöla for the same purpose as is mentined is Nos. 311 and 383 above, of providing for offerings to the god on the day of Kettai in Chittirai month the birthday asterism of Sembiyan-Mahadeviyar the mother of Uttama-Chola and founder of the temple. The money was deposited with Sdaanabaddha-chaturvedi-bhattat-tānapperrmakka! (committee), which was also appointed by the queen mother.

This records an endowment of land after purchasing it tax-free from the assem- bly of the village, to the temple of Kayilayam-udaiya.Mahādēva at Tripura.... mangalam a brahmadiya in Kurumbo[r*]-nādu, by Gōpan Sākappu.... a queen cf Uttama-Chōla. It is stated that the copper-plate document relating to this endowment was deposited in the temple of Sripugalūr-Uḍaiyār.
